Starting Summer 2021!

Healthy Minds is a brief individual therapy model designed to help children and adolescents increase their ability to manage stress and other emotions effectively. During the 6 sessions, participants will explore emotional expression and coping strategies. This service is billable to insurance. Treatment includes 1 intake session and 6 weeks of individual therapy.

Leaving for college is a major life transition, one that can trigger many emotions. If you’re looking for more support as you navigate this new chapter of life, check out our upcoming virtual support group for incoming college students!

The focus of the group will be on connecting with peers who are going through this transition alongside you. We will spend the summer discussing feelings about going to college and leaving high school, and ways to prepare for the changes to come. This group is open to all gender identities and is billable to insurance.
