School Services Therapist

Bridget (she/her/hers) is a licensed marriage and family therapist that specializes in working with children, teens, and families. She has worked in a variety of settings (in-home services, intensive outpatient, school-based, and outpatient) for the past 15 years. Bridget is passionate about helping children and teens feel understood, capable, and empowered during the most formative years of their lives. She believes in supporting youth to understand their emotions, build healthy relationships, strengthen their sense of identity, and develop practical coping skills that they can carry with them for the rest of their lives. Outside of work, Bridget enjoys reading, playing video games, watching Studio Ghibli movies, spending time with family and friends, and cuddles with her two tortoiseshell cats, Mia and Echo. Claire is a School Service intern at Relate where she is excited to gain hands-on experience working with students supporting their mental health and well-being. She is currently pursuing her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Bellevue University. Claire brings several years of experience to her clinical training, including six years as a Mental Health Practitioner in an autism day treatment program and two and a half years as a waiver case manager. She is passionate about helping others create positive change in their lives and values building meaningful, collaborative therapeutic relationships.
