In 2023, Anders received his master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Alex provides individual therapy for adolescents and adults, and strives to meet each individual where they are at in their life journey. The modalities and approaches Alex provides depend on the needs of each individual and their unique situations. Alex believes the most important aspect of therapeutic success is the therapeutic relationship and providing a space of non-judgment, empathy, and positive regard.
