Shelby provides school-based therapy for elementary-aged children and their families. She identifies as a white, cisgender female. Shelby approaches therapy with a strengths-based, person-centered, and relational approach, and strongly values collaboration and trust within her work. Shelby prioritizes creating a strong therapeutic alliance by providing an inviting, supportive, non-judgmental, and safe space for exploration and healing. Outside of work, Shelby enjoys golfing, nature, reading, listening to music, yoga, exploring the twin cities, and spending time with her cats.
