Rachel provides individual therapy for adolescents in our outpatient program. She identifies as white, straight, and female. Her approach to therapy is relational and strengths-based, with emphasis on meeting each client where they are at in life. Rachel uses humor and authenticity to connect with clients and enjoys helping clients grow and create the change they want to see in their lives. Rachel has experience working with adults (18+) in outpatient and residential facilities for co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders, as well as with those involved in the criminal justice system. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys walks with her dog, vacations up north, reading, puzzles, and Marvel movies.
