School Services Therapist

Rachel provides individual therapy for adolescents in the school services program. She identifies as white, straight, and female. Her approach to therapy is relational and strengths based, with emphasis on meeting each client where they are at in life. Rachel has experience working with adults (18+) in outpatient and residential facilities for co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders, as well as with those involved in the criminal justice system. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys walks with her dog, hiking, reading, puzzles, and Marvel movies.  

Therapeutic Modalities: Cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems, psychodynamic theory, solution focused, harm reduction, insight oriented and trauma informed perspectives.
