Megan provides psychotherapy to adolescent and teen clients through the school services mental health program. Megan utilizes a relational and strengths-based approach when working with all clients. Megan’s work is dedicated to providing a supportive and safe environment to assist in creating meaningful change. Megan is a trauma-informed therapist who has additional training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Megan provides supervision to other therapists at Relate and also provides support to Relate’s school services interns. Outside of work, Megan enjoys yoga, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.  
 
Therapeutic Modalities: Cognitive-Behavioral, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
