Lindsey provides therapy for children and adolescents in the school linked mental health program. Lindsey identifies as a cisgender white woman. She believes in a holistic, relational, and collaborative approach to therapy with emphasis on client and family strengths. Lindsey’s approach is grounded in building a safe, nonjudgmental, trauma informed space that allows for curiosity, growth, learning, and achieving shared goals. She uses an eclectic mix of modalities to fit individual needs. She has a special interest in working with anxiety, adjustment disorders, family changes, and trauma. Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family, going on family adventures, long bike rides, and spending time up north.
Therapeutic Modalities: mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused, Adlerian, and narrative therapy.
