Kathleen provides therapy for adolescents using person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches. She has a passion for helping children, adolescents, and their families by creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment for them to explore their strengths and challenges in life. Kathleen incorporates Adlerian principles, mindfulness techniques, cognitive restructuring, and fostering of self-acceptance and compassion to help her clients improve their social and emotional well-being. Outside of Relate, she enjoys spending time with family, playing softball, and visiting coffee shops.
