In the spring of 2021, Kathleen graduated with a Master’s degree in counseling from Saint Mary’s University in Minneapolis. Kathleen then provided in-home therapy for children and adolescents for about 2.5 years, helping them with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma history, among others. Her goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for all of my clients and their families. She has a passion for helping people discover and develop their strengths and cope with life’s hardships using cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance, and commitment therapy, and relationships with clients that give them a space to open up and feel heard.
