Office-Based Therapist
Minnetonka Office

Grace provides office-based therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She identifies as a cisgender, white, neurodivergent female. She approaches therapy from a relational, holistic, and systemic perspective – understanding that various experiences have shaped where you are today. She uses a blend of therapeutic techniques to creatively meet the individual needs of each person, meeting people where they are at with warmth and nonjudgment. She seeks to build honest, meaningful therapeutic relationships that foster a safe and collaborative space for exploration and healing. Grace considers it an honor to make meaning of this thing called life with you. Outside of Relate, Grace is often outside experiencing Minnesota’s seasons with her dog, with dear ones, running, listening to music, tending to houseplants, or creating (something)!
