Dana offers office-based therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Dana also offers early childhood school site therapy for young children and their families. Dana identifies as white, straight, and female. Her approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, genuine, and culturally responsive. She uses an integrative approach, with a developmental and attachment-based lens to help her clients gain insight on how early experiences can impact functioning across the life span.  Outside of work, Dana loves the north woods, to fish, hike, read, listen to music, and spend time with family and friends.  

Therapeutic Modalities: emotion-focused therapy, family systems therapy, play therapy, narrative, mindfulness, spirituality, acceptance, reflection, and self-compassion 

Specialties: Early childhood mental health, trauma informed interventions, grief/ loss, attachment, parenting support/coaching.
