An 8 week, skills based program designed to explore individual identity and build resiliency. Drawing from the latest evidence based research in heart, mind and body integration, participants will spend each week learning tools and techniques to support their holistic health and development. Topics include everyday mindfulness, movement and yoga, sleep, nutrition, and cultivating nurturing relationships.

Ages: Grades 9-12
Times: Tuesdays from 6:45 – 8:00pm
Starts January 23rd and runs for 8 weeks

This group provides peer support, increases self-awareness, and promotes skills learning. There will be at least five main topics including; healthy thinking, healthy emotion management, healthy self-concept/identity, healthy behavior choices, and healthy relationships. Cost per session is $65. Insurance is accepted (co-pays apply); group members should identify as female and be attending a high school or high school equivalent.  Groups will be held on Thursdays at 4:45 – 6:00pm starting October 5th and running through mid-June.  Space is limited.

Relate announces our Spring Parenting Series!  Tuesdays – May 9, May 16, May 23, and May 30 , 5:30 – 7:00pm.

Learn alongside other caregivers of young children* as we discuss information pertaining to child development and brain science that will strengthen and enrich your experience as a parent!

We will focus on a variety of topics including fostering emotional regulation, understanding the importance of executive functioning skills, and developing mindful parenting techniques. Enjoy presentation from our clinicians, time for discussion with other parents, and instruction and materials for developing your own parenting tool kit!

Register early as space is limited. Cost is $120 for single parent or $150 for couple.

*Presentations will focus on parenting preschool, elementary and early middle school aged children.

The Young Men’s Group is a process-oriented therapy group where guys have the space to explore their life and the world they live in. The group is open to 16-18 year old individuals who identify as male. The group is a closed, 10-week endeavor that will meet February 23rd – May 4th, 2017. The deadline for registration is February 20th, 2017. Meetings will occur every Thursday (except March 30th) from 3:00-4:15 pm.
