Riley values creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where young people feel heard and understood. Her approach is grounded in empathy, patience, and respect for each child’s individual strengths, experiences, and developmental needs. Riley also recognizes the important role parents and caregivers play and value working collaboratively with families to support children’s well-being and growth. Outside of classes and practicum, she enjoys running, reading, cross-stitching, and spending lots of time with family and friends– she likes to keep busy!
