Rachel provides individual therapy for adults and adolescents (13+). Her approach to therapy is relational, person-centered, and strengths-based, with an emphasis on meeting each client where they are in life. She values authenticity, humor, and a non-judgmental stance in the therapeutic process, working to create a safe and collaborative space. With neurodivergent clients, Rachel takes a neuro-affirming approach, honoring and supporting each person’s unique way of experiencing the world. She also draws from DBT to help clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. Rachel is also the co-facilitator of a support group for parents of neurodivergent children. In her free time, Rachel enjoys caring for her plants and going to the movies.
