Rachel offers office-based psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults and is a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council within Relate. She identifies as a white, cisgender, heterosexual female. She utilizes a relational, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, person-centered approach to therapy. Rachel uses humor, authenticity, and compassion to offer a welcoming and nonjudgmental space. She believes in the value of human connection and is passionate about watching the people she works with grow and thrive. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys teaching dance, playing with her dog, and trying new restaurants.
