Noemí provides psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and families using a holistic, strengths-based approach. As a bisexual, Latinx woman, Noemí’s lived experiences have informed her extensive work with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients and underscored the necessity for culturally-competent counseling. She uses her background in dance and theatre to bring mindfulness and mind-body methodologies in sessions. This may look like using art, movement, writing, and creative expression as therapeutic tools when appropriate. In her role as Inclusion Manager, Noemí oversees Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts at all levels of Relate. Outside of work, you can find Noemí on the yoga mat, golf course, or spending time with family.
