Naz provides school-based individual therapy for children, drawing on her background in Early Childhood Education and her experience working within the Minnetonka School District. With Master’s degrees in Communication and Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Psychology, Naz blends the art of dialogue with the science of healing to create spaces where stories are heard, understood, and transformed, helping individuals find clarity and connection. She is passionate about fostering warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environments and takes a holistic approach to therapy. Naz loves classical music concerts, fine art, travelling, and trying new restaurants.

Therapeutic Modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Adlerian Therapy, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Attachment-Focused Therapy.
