Madelyn provides office-based therapy for individuals of all ages. She identifies as a white, queer, cisgender woman. Madelyn is committed to meeting clients where they are at and providing therapeutic support that meets their needs. She believes that therapeutic change occurs in the context of nonjudgmental, collaborative relationships. Madelyn’s practice is grounded in relational, strengths-based, developmental, and trauma-informed approaches. When she is not working, Madelyn enjoys reading, taking walks, listening to music and podcasts, doing jigsaw puzzles, dancing, playing pickleball, riding her bike, and playing board games with friends.
Therapeutic Modalities: cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, attachment therapy, narrative therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, and child-parent psychotherapy.
