Liz identifies as a cisgender, white, queer therapist. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services at Saint Mary’s University. Specializing in working with children aged 0-5, Liz has experience in early childhood education and has worked with children on the autism spectrum. Her focus is on emotional regulation, early childhood development, and supporting families. Liz believes in the importance of authenticity and strives to provide a safe, welcoming space for both children and families. With a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, Liz is dedicated to helping clients build resilience, navigate early life challenges, and foster lasting emotional well-being. Outside of work, Liz enjoys reading, gardening, and spending quality time with her husband and pets.
