Lauren offers office-based therapy to individuals of all ages, especially for children and their families. She completed her master’s degree on Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health at the University of Minnesota and is currently supervised by a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Relate. As a neurodivergent member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Lauren strives to provide a supportive, judgment-free space for all clients. They believe in empowering clients through knowledge, as well as in supporting clients by using a person-centered, trauma-informed and attachment-focused lens to create lasting change. When not in sessions, Lauren can be found hanging out with her foster cats, baking, or reading a good book.
