Eden Prairie Office
Kyla provides individual and family therapy to clients of all ages at our Eden Prairie office. Kyla specializes in working with children and their caregivers. She is passionate about helping caregivers understand their child’s behavior through the lens of attachment and neuroscience. Within her individual work with adults, she supports clients in reflecting on how their early years influence their emotional regulation and relational patterns. She uses a collaborative, warm approach to highlight strengths and to form an empathic relationship. She believes authenticity and connection are essential to her work with kids and families. Kyla identifies as a white woman and strives to provide a non-judgmental, accepting space for all clients and their families. Outside work, Kyla enjoys swimming, reading, and being outdoors.
