Harjas provides individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, their families/caregivers, and young adults. She uses a strength-based, person-centered, nonjudgmental approach, and strives to work with clients to find the best style to make positive change and growth. Harjas approaches therapy from a play-based and attachment-focused lens and incorporates various other therapeutic techniques. Harjas identifies as an Asian, cisgender female. Outside of work, Harjas likes to read, travel, spend time with family and friends, play with her dog, and cheer on some Minnesota sports teams.
