Erica is a licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) providing school-based mental health therapy and outpatient therapy services through Relate Counseling Center. Erica has experience in working with children, teens, and adults, who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma related concerns including PTSD, mood disorders, and substance use challenges. Her clinical background also includes prior work in addiction treatment as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Erica practices from a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and relational approach, helping clients build emotional regulation skills, healthy coping strategies, and self-esteem, while creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys art, music, attending concerts, hiking, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
