Emily provides outpatient psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. A Colorado native and Minnesota transplant, she identifies as white, straight, and female. Emily considers seeking outside support an act of bravery and believes in each client’s individual capacity to heal. She considers it a privilege to hear each client’s story and to walk with them on their journey toward positive change. In her clinical practice, Emily is grounded in a relational perspective, collaborating with clients in setting their own goals for personal growth. She utilizes an insight-based approach to help clients identify and act in alignment with their core values. Emily is client-centered, fostering a caring therapeutic space of warmth and laughter. Outside of work, Emily loves to read, hike, practice yoga, listen to true crime podcasts, and explore the Twin Cities.
