Office-Based Therapist
Minnetonka Office
Ellen works with adults and children ages 6 and up. Her background includes many years of improvisational theater as well as experience in hospice. She believes that healing arises both in the space of warm, attuned relationship and through experiences in other realms (like play, movement, or art) where shifts in perspective translate back into daily life. She helps clients explore patterns in their lives, process emotions, and develop skills for connecting with themselves and others.
Ellen grew up in the area, and after some years in Chicago and Seattle, returned to be near family – a classic Minnesotan boomerang. In her free time, she loves being with her husband, family, and far-flung friends, cooking and eating, slouching around the woods with her dog, and abandoning most of the hobbies she starts.
