Dana provides individual and family psychotherapy for children (ages 7+), adolescents, and adults using an approach that is holistic and growth focused. She joins with clients to engender hope and empowerment in their lives. Through combining compassion, warmth, and humor, Dana helps client access their own inner wisdom and strength to expand their capacity for joy. She offers a non-judgmental therapeutic environment to help foster healing, safety, trust, growth, insight, strength, and resiliency. Outside of work, Dana loves reading, practicing yoga, adventures, and ocean therapy.

Therapeutic Modalities: Mindfulness, trauma-informed, narrative, attachment, sand tray therapy, child-centered directive and non-directive play therapy, IFS/parts-work, cognitive-behavioral.

Specialties: Ages 7+, play therapy, complex PTSD, relationship concerns, parenting support, healing attachment injuries, developmental trauma, life transitions, identity exploration.

Certifications/Trainings: EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
