Cindy provides outpatient therapy to individuals ages 12 and up. She believes in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences to discover their unique path to healing. As someone who has overcome her own struggles, Cindy loves to foster hope and growth from both a personal and professional perspective. Cindy also acknowledges the significance of faith in one’s life. For clients who desire it, she specializes in integrating faith-based principles or beliefs into their treatment. In her free time, Cindy enjoys songwriting, playing tennis, and spending time with her family, friends, and Goldendoodle, Leo.
