Camryn provides outpatient psychotherapy for adolescents and adults. She identifies as a white, queer, cisgender woman. In her work, Camryn’s goal is to welcome clients to bring all parts of their authentic selves to sessions by utilizing client-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and relational approaches. Camryn works collaboratively with clients to process their thoughts and feelings, promote healing, and create positive change within their lives. She is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for all and strives to provide culturally responsive services to her clients. Outside of Relate, Camryn is typically tending to her houseplants, exploring the outdoors, working on crafts, or spending time with her family, friends, or cats.
Therapeutic Modalities: cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, relational, insight-oriented approaches, emotion-focused therapy, strengths-based therapy, nature-based therapy, harm reduction, family systems, and acceptance.
