Caitlyn is a compassionate, client-centered therapist dedicated to creating a safe and affirming environment where individuals can explore their experiences, develop resilience, and foster meaningful personal growth. Grounded in mindfulness, self-discovery, and a strengths-based perspective, she believes that each client possesses the capacity for healing and positive change. Caitlyn works closely with clients to increase self-awareness, build self-acceptance, and strengthen self-esteem, while navigating life’s challenges and transitions. She is passionate about helping individuals explore their identities, values, and personal goals. Caitlyn has experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and identity-related concerns. She strives to create a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Caitlyn recognizes the unique developmental, emotional, and social challenges faced by youth and tailors her approach to meet clients where they are in their journey. Caitlyn is also committed to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and affirming care to individuals from diverse backgrounds, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. She helps clients strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, develop self-compassion, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Her goal is to support clients in discovering their inherent strengths, embracing their identities, and creating fulfilling lives that align with their values, aspirations, and sense of self.
