Ashley offers office-based therapy for children ages 6+, adolescents, adults, and those on Medicare. Ashley identifies as white and pansexual. Ashley’s goal is to provide therapy that is person centered, culturally responsive, trauma informed, and compassionate so that clients can feel welcomed to bring all parts of their genuine self to the therapy space. Ashley works to recognize what can impact someone’s mental health and wellbeing, such as personal and family histories, trauma and other stressful experiences, identities, developmental and physical health concerns, relationships, and the systems in which we live. Outside of therapy, you can find Ashley playing board games and Dungeons and Dragons, laughing a lot, and spending time with loved ones.
