Ally provides school-based therapy for adolescents. She approaches therapy with a strengths-based, trauma-informed and relational lens. Ally values bringing compassion, curiosity, and empathy to the therapeutic experience, and believes in the effectiveness of emotion regulation strategies, mind-body practices, and person-centered care to promote the client’s unique identity and needs. She prioritizes creating a supportive, calm, and safe environment to promote growth, healing, and exploration. Outside of work, Ally enjoys spending time outside with her dog, Moose, reading, traveling, being active, and trying new types of food.

Therapeutic Modalities: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Attachment-Based Therapy, Trauma-Informed, mindfulness and strengths-based approaches.
