School Services Practicum Therapist

St. Louis Park School District

Bryn is pursuing her Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services at Saint Mary’s University. She is passionate about supporting the well-being and development of children and adolescents. She has experience working with neurodivergent children (e.g., ADHD, ASD, OCD, selective mutism), as well as youth with anxiety and depression. She approaches each child with curiosity and compassion, recognizing that behaviors often reflect efforts to feel safe, understood, or connected within their relational environments. Bryn also recognizes the importance of collaborating closely with caregivers and families to support children’s overall social and emotional growth. In her free time, Bryn enjoys crafting, reading, watching movies, and going on walks with her 3 dogs (Hazel, Kane, and Kato).
Therapeutic Modalities: Draws from elements of DBT, CBT, narrative therapy, expressive arts, play therapy, strengths-based, and person-centered techniques.
