Amelia is currently a third-year clinical psychology doctoral student at Augsburg and is very passionate about working with kiddos of all ages. She identifies as a white, cisgender woman. She believes in the importance of providing a safe and trusting environment that allows each child and adolescent to unapologetically be themselves and feel heard. Amelia places an emphasis on warmth, playfulness, humor, and trust to promote lasting change. Amelia has prior experience providing group-based therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or a history of trauma. Outside of Relate, she loves to travel, explore new coffee shops in the Twin Cities area, stay active, and spend time with her dog, Alfie.
