School Services Therapist
St. Louis Park School District
Bridget (she/her/hers) is a licensed marriage and family therapist that specializes in working with children, teens, and families. She has worked in a variety of settings (in-home services, intensive outpatient, school-based, and outpatient) for the past 15 years. Bridget is passionate about helping children and teens feel understood, capable, and empowered during the most formative years of their lives. She believes in supporting youth to understand their emotions, build healthy relationships, strengthen their sense of identity, and develop practical coping skills that they can carry with them for the rest of their lives. Outside of work, Bridget enjoys reading, playing video games, watching Studio Ghibli movies, spending time with family and friends, and cuddles with her two tortoiseshell cats, Mia and Echo. If you’re starting therapy with Bridget, you can expect a warm, judgement-free space where you can show up exactly as you are!
