Izzy provides individual therapy for adolescents at East and West Wayzata Middle Schoolers. Izzy’s professional journey has always revolved around supporting young people, particularly middle and high school-aged youth. Izzy also is a youth hockey coach and works as an EMT at an overnight camp and at youth sporting events. Outside of work, Izzy enjoys playing the guitar, hiking and camping, weight lifting, and spending quality time with their family, friends, and their dog Rufus.
Izzy’s approach to therapy is client-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and solution-focused, using a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy. Izzy full-heartedly believes in meeting clients where they are at and working collaboratively to address their problems and create solutions.
