Jess provides psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families in the office and school setting. Her approach to therapy is strengths-based and person-centered. She believes learning, emotional growth, and healing can happen through connection and trust. Jess provides individual supervision for licensed and pre-licensed Relate therapists. She also serves as the School District Manager for the school-based program, acting as a liaison between partnering schools and Relate. She coordinates services for Minnetonka, Orono, Westonka, and Wayzata School districts and supports the other District Coordinators.

Therapeutic Modalities: humanistic, family systems, cognitive-behavioral, Play Therapy, mindfulness.
