Ben Layne has always been focused on guiding people to build positive relationships and experience themselves in new and creative ways. He did so for fifteen years as a theater director and producer, and now as a graduate student pursuing his Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. As an artist, Ben brings those playful sensibilities into the therapeutic relationship. He is passionate about methodology focused on healthy communications and strategies that help individuals and families navigate their individual hopes and dreams while building strong relationships and family systems. Ben will work with you to build a therapeutic process to help you meet your needs, foster healthier relationships, and find ways to cope with the challenges (and successes) life brings to all of us.

Michelle is a Board-Certified music therapist and 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance. Michelle has practiced music therapy for four years specializing in working with adults over 65 and neurodivergent populations (including individuals with Autism) from ages 3 to 21. Michelle is trained in using music as a modality for therapeutic healing and achievement of functional treatment goals. Michelle is also trained in MBSR, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and incorporates concepts of mindfulness and somatic awareness to promote healing and growth. Charlie offers in-person and virtual outpatient services for adolescents and adults. His goal for clients is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable and welcome to open up about any and all struggles they may be experiencing. His focus is on clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma-related symptoms. To do this, he implements aspects, skills, and resources from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), spiritual integration, and mindfulness. He approaches therapy through a person-centered lens with the understanding that clients are the experts of their own life.
