Rachel provides school-based therapy for kids, teens, and families. She also provides supervision for therapists seeking licensure as well as practicum therapists. Rachel identifies as white, female, and straight. Her approach to therapy and supervision is relational, strengths-based, and utilizes warmth and authenticity. Rachel believes strongly in the therapeutic alliance as a change agent for whatever life brings. Outside of Relate, Rachel enjoys spending time with family and her goldendoodle, Suzie. Rachel enjoys trying new restaurants, walking around the lakes, and being outside.
