Office and School-Based Therapist
Minnetonka, Wayzata, and Eastern Carver County 

Rachel is an outpatient and school-based therapist who provides individual, couples, and family therapy to children (ages 0-12), adolescents, and adults. Rachel identifies as white, straight, and female. She likes to approach her work through a systemic, solution-focused, and strengths-based perspective. Outside of work, Rachel likes to spend time outdoors, play video games, and snuggle with her cat.  

Therapeutic Modalities: Attachment, systems theory, narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy. 

Specialties: Children ages 0-5, couples, families, and neurodiversity (ASD, learning differences, etc.).

Certifications/Trainings: Currently being trained in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
