Melissa provides psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and families in the School Linked Mental Health program. She approaches therapy through a trauma informed lens while providing unconditional positive regard and empathy to assist in building a strong therapeutic relationship that supports growth and healing. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and strengths-base therapy. She works collaboratively with the client to develop treatment that meets the client’s individual needs and goals.
