Leton provides office-based outpatient therapy services for children and adolescents while pursuing her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. She operates under the supervision of a licensed psychologist at Relate. In her therapeutic approach, Leton adopts a person-centered and strengths-based perspective, tailoring her interventions to the unique needs of each client. She focuses on addressing immediate challenges, such as anxiety, depression, stress, family adjustments, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. Leton aims to provide a welcoming, compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative space for exploration and healing through prioritizing the strength of the therapeutic relationship. Additionally, she emphasizes the development of lifelong coping mechanisms and healthy strategies. Beyond her professional pursuits, Leton enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, and engaging in mindfulness exercises.
