Kennedy is a school-based therapist who provides services to children from early childhood through adolescence. With three and a half years of experience, she is passionate about supporting children in a positive, trusting, and safe environment. Kennedy practices through a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed lens and has experience delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and Motivational Interviewing. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, going on walks and hikes with her dog, and being with family and friends.
