Kat offers office-based therapy for adolescents, adults, and couples. She identifies as white and bisexual. Kat utilizes trauma-informed care, attachment-based interventions, narrative therapy interventions, strengths-based interventions, mindfulness-based interventions, culturally responsive care, and CBT/DBT-based interventions. Kat understands the difficulties in feeling dysregulated and stuck in various ways, whether it’s a stage of life, identity concerns, relationally, or other life changes. Kat takes a direct approach to practicing interpersonal communication skills to strengthen your relationships, practicing mindfulness for the mind-body connection, and practicing self-compassion in session. In Kat’s spare time, she enjoys training for long-distance road races, dancing, listening to music, and hanging out with her cats.
