Kate offers individual therapy for clients of all ages. She utilizes a primarily cognitive-behavioral and person-centered approach to support clients in identifying their needs, and adaptive ways they can move forward. Kate has worked in a variety of settings with individuals with substance use disorder, major life transitions, and many other presenting concerns. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and baking anything chocolate!
