Joan Twiton was selected as Relate’s Executive Director in 2023. Joan brings more than 25 years’ of experience in healthcare management. She previously served as CEO of a federally qualified health center located in southwest Missouri. Joan holds a Master of Public Administration from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Augsburg University.
