Greta provides individual psychotherapy to pre-teens, adolescents, and adults. She aims to bring empathy, warmth, safety, cultural humility, hope, humor, and authenticity to the therapeutic relationship. Greta’s approach to therapy is based on collaboration, strengths, and building insight and awareness. She has an undergraduate degree in neuroscience and enjoys providing psychoeducation. Outside of work, Greta loves spending time with friends and family, reading, mindful movement, and trying out new recipes.
