Liz offers office-based psychotherapy to adolescents and adults.  The foundation of Liz’s practice is relational, client-driven, and strengths based and Liz strives to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and valued.  She tailors her practice based on the needs and experiences of each individual, utilizing complementary and trauma-informed methodologies and approaches grounded in psychodynamic, developmental/attachment, family systems, and cognitive-behavioral frameworks to attain the meaningful and lasting change they seek.  Outside of work Liz loves spending time in nature (anything involving water in particular), playing board games, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.
