Eleanor works with individuals, couples, and families across the life cycle, including young children (0-6), school-aged children, adolescents, and adults. Eleanor brings her most authentic self into the therapeutic relationship, using a blend of humor, compassion, playfulness, and understanding. She recognizes the vulnerability it takes to begin therapy and strives to make the experience a safe one for all who enter her office. Her approach is relationally focused and strengths-based. She identifies as a white, straight, cis female. Outside of work, Eleanor can be found at the park with her two dogs, biking around a lake, eating yummy food, or reading in her hammock.

Therapeutic Modalities: Family systems, mindfulness, play therapy, emotion focused, attachment and developmental based principals, trauma-informed.

Specialties: ages 0-6, attachment-related concerns, eating disorders, body positivity. Certifications/trainings: Theraplay, eating disorder modalities (including CBT-E, DBT, CBT-AR, FBT), DC: 0-5, Circle of Security, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
