Carly is a warm, passionate therapist who provides human-centered therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Her therapy is inclusive and trauma-informed to provide safety and reduce shame throughout the therapeutic process. Carly works with clients to understand what is bringing them in, and why now. She practices under the belief that meaningful therapy requires a secure therapeutic relationship and is motivated to help her clients create change. Her empathy, acceptance, and consistency allow clients a safe space to turn towards their pain and begin healing. Outside of work, Carly enjoys yoga, listening to music and podcasts, and spending time with her newborn niece.
