School-Based Therapist

Carli provides individual therapy for children (K-5) in the school services mental health program. She believes in taking a person-centered approach and creating a therapeutic relationship to establish a safe environment that encourages healing and growth. Carli identifies as white, straight, and female. She works collaboratively with children and their families and incorporate a variety of approaches, including mindfulness and strengths-based techniques. Carli has her Bachelor of Social Work and is currently completing her Master of Clinical Social Work at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.  

Therapeutic Modalities: cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, mindfulness and relaxation practices.
