Barb provides psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families. She employs a client-centered and relational approach in working with clients. She utilizes mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and positive psychology, along with play therapy techniques based on the client’s needs. Barb believes in building a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients to best support their emotional needs and growth process. Barb enjoys biking, hiking, and having new adventures.
